TUN-L-KATH® Catalog # 155-1520: |
| |
This is the original Spring Catheter that started it all. This catheter has a basic low friction coating. Standard continuous epidural applications: Obstetric (L&D), surgical regional anesthesia, post operative pain managemaent (acute), chronic pain applications and epidural blood patch. Useful in situations where there may be abnormal spinal anatomy. |
Firm, directable catheter body. Round, deflective atraumatic tip design. Multiple polymer coatings for greater durability and ease in placement. Precise directional control (1:1 torque). Epidural infusion specifically where scarring or adhesions in the epidural space or other abnormal anatomy may make placement difficult, i.e. failed back surgery, disc disruption, spinal stenosis, etc. |

TUN-L-XLTM /24 Catalog # 155-2542: |
| |
The XL style catheter tip provides maximum control and stability. Selectable XL tip orientation allows similar tip softness as the standard TUN-L-KATH when the stylet is retracted. Multiple polymer coatings for greater durability and ease in placement. Epidural infusion, specifically designed for situations where there is extensive epidural scarring, adhesions or abnormal spinal anatomy that may make catheter insertion and subsequent placement difficult. |
Similer to the TUN-L-XL but packaged with an extra matched length stylet. Dual stylet feature is beneficial when the first stylet becomes bent during difficult placements. Recommended for patients with adhesions in several levels. |

Heavy duty catheter body and soft tip in a convenient 12" (305 mm) length. Multiple polymer coatings for greater durability and ease in placement. Precise directional control (1:1 torque). Epidural or transforaminal infusion. |
The XL catheter tip provides maximum control and stability. Selectable XL tip orientation (i.e firm or soft) allows similer tip softness as the standard BREVI-KATH when the stylet is retracted. Epidural or transforaminal infusion, specifically designed for situations where there is extensive epidural scarring, adhesions or abnormal spinal anatomy that may make catheter insertion and subsequent placement difficult. |

VERSA-KATH® Catalog # 156-2112: (12" length)
Catalog # 156-2124: (24" length) 21g Catheter. |
| |
Derived from the BREVI-XL with the largest available stylet. Even with the added stiffness, this catheter maintains a round, deflective, atraumatic tip. Precise directional control (1:1 torque). Epidural placement for hard to reach situations. |
Reduced size, same 1:1 torque and directability. Due to its slim design, the VERSA-KATH is the only Spring Guide Epidural Catheter that can be introduced through an 18g RX Coude needle. Packaged with a stylet. Cervical epidural and transforaminal placement. |
